Shipping & Exchange Policy

Everything you need to know about how we deliver course content and what our exchange terms cover.

1. Nature of Our Product

Truffle Nation Pastry Academy is primarily a digital education provider. Our core product β€” the 6-Week Live Online Pastry Chef Certification β€” is delivered entirely online via live Zoom sessions. There is no physical component that is shipped as part of the standard enrollment.

Occasionally, we may offer optional add-ons such as printed recipe booklets, ingredient kits, or branded merchandise. This policy covers both the digital delivery of course access and any physical items that may be dispatched.

Your course is delivered through live Zoom sessions and digital materials. There is nothing to wait for in the post. Access is granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

How You Receive Your Course

Payment Confirmation
You receive an automated payment confirmation email immediately after successful payment.

Welcome & Batch Details
Within 24 hours, our team sends your welcome email with batch schedule, Zoom links, and WhatsApp group invitation.

Pre-Batch Materials
3–5 days before your batch starts, you receive digital recipe PDFs, equipment checklists, and preparation guides via email.

Live Sessions Begin
Join 30 live Zoom sessions over 6 weeks, with recordings made available for 90 days after each session for enrolled students.

Certificate Delivery
Your digital certificate is emailed within 7 days of course completion. Physical certificate dispatch (if applicable) is covered in Section 3.

If you have not received your welcome email within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@trufflenationonline.com.

3. Physical Items (Where Applicable)

Where a physical item is included with or sold alongside your course β€” such as a printed certificate, welcome kit, recipe booklet, or branded merchandise β€” the following applies:

  • Physical items are dispatched from our New Delhi office via a reputable courier partner (Bluedart, Delhivery, or similar)
  • A tracking number will be shared with you via email once dispatched
  • Dispatch typically occurs within 5–7 business days of your batch completion or order confirmation
  • The cost of shipping, if any, will be clearly disclosed before purchase

Physical items are currently only available for shipping within India. International students receive digital equivalents of all materials.

4. Shipping Zones & Estimated Timeline

Domestic (India)

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

International

We do not currently ship physical goods internationally. All materials for international students (Dubai, UAE, and other countries) are delivered digitally. If you require a physical certificate posted internationally, please contact us to discuss options β€” additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Charges

Where physical dispatch is offered as a free inclusion with your course, no additional shipping charges apply for standard domestic delivery. Express delivery, if requested, may carry an additional charge which will be communicated upfront.

5. Exchange Policy

Digital Course Access

As our primary product is a live online program, there is no concept of "exchange" for the digital course itself. If you are not satisfied with the course, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Physical Items β€” Exchange Eligibility

Physical items may be exchanged if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was described
  • An exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable)

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Items that have been opened, used, or washed (for branded merchandise)
  • Items with personalisation (e.g., printed certificates with your name)
  • Perishable items such as ingredient kits, once dispatched

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email info@trufflenationonline.com with subject: "Exchange Request – [Your Name] – [Item Name]"
  2. Include photos of the item showing the defect or damage
  3. Our team will respond within 3 business days with instructions
  4. Return shipping for defective items will be arranged and paid by us
  5. Replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your physical order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • For damaged items: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
  • For delayed or missing items: First check the tracking link sent to you. If the item is marked as delivered but not received, or if no movement is shown for 5+ business days, contact us and we will raise a dispute with the courier on your behalf.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier strikes, natural disasters, incorrect delivery addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of enrolment. Once an item is dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address before re-dispatching. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address if the error was in the information you provided.
