4. Enrolment & Payment

4.1 Enrolment Process

Enrolment in any Truffle Nation program is subject to availability and our acceptance. Submitting an application or making a payment does not guarantee enrolment. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.

4.2 Fees

Course fees are as published on the Website at the time of enrolment. All fees for Indian students are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Fees for international students may be quoted in USD or AED.

4.3 Payment

Full payment or an agreed payment plan must be completed before access to course materials and live sessions is granted. We use secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card details.

4.4 Batch Transfers

Requests to transfer to a different batch must be made at least 7 days before the enrolled batch start date and are subject to seat availability. One free transfer is permitted per enrolment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website and within our courses — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video recordings, live session recordings, recipes, techniques, and course materials — is the exclusive property of Truffle Nation Pastry Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• Record, reproduce, or redistribute live or recorded sessions
• Share course login credentials or access with third parties
• Use our course content to develop competing products or services

6. Student Conduct

Students enrolled in any Truffle Nation program are expected to maintain respectful, professional behaviour during live sessions and in any associated online communities. We reserve the right to remove any student without refund for:

• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward instructors or other students
• Sharing or distributing copyrighted course materials
• Any conduct that disrupts the learning experience of other students
• Fraudulent activity, including using another person's credentials

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Baking and culinary skills depend on individual effort, practice, and circumstances. Truffle Nation does not guarantee employment, business success, or specific income outcomes upon completing any program.
